Have u ever got to a place in your life that you just STOP!!! You take a look at yourself and say 'I am truly stripped bare.' There is no need to think about the past as it's done, no need to plan for the future as I am in my HIATUS.

And you think to yourself 'NO, I am not goaling and planning my future to within an inch of its life. 

I AM ZENNING

Just let me be , breathe, clear my mind and flow.'

I know this makes no sense to the planners and even just reading this will give you anxiety.
